How they cater
- Delivery
- Food is dropped off ready to serve, usually in disposable trays. No setup and no staff at the event.
- Pickup
- You collect the order from the truck or kitchen at an agreed time. Usually the lowest-cost option.
- Food truck service
- The truck parks at your event and cooks to order from its window, like a private pop-up for your guests. Needs room to park and sometimes power.
